The apartment is completely new, modern, and comfortable. Everything is like in the pictures. Very, very clean. Especially terrace directly connected to the downstairs apartment is absolutely perfect for families. Very nice to eat outside or just relax. The hosts, Jasmina and Dejan were very kind people. Little dinner refreshments and drinks were waiting for us after arrival. Beers and rakija always :-) We suggest staying for 2 or 3 nights. Great location. Plitvice lakes are a must. Rastoke (Slunj) and Barac cave are too worth seeing as well. Dejan is a cycling fanatic and he can easily recommend you nice cycling roads and mtb trails. Extremely good value for the money. Full recommendation to everybody.

Excellent apartment with the most helpful host I've ever met. We could feel the care in every detail in the apartment, the place was equipped literally with everything to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There was an electricity issue in the area (caused by a storm, it was not the host's fault), so when we arrived, we had to wait 1 hour because the electrician guy was still doing the fixing. It was not a huge problem, but the host immediately offered to compensate us and we also received some gifts. This story also demonstrates how caring the host is.

    You really need several days to visit what that place has to...

    You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

    We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but...

    We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

    One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

    One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

    A great location to get active.

    A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

    Great little hotel very close to the Plitvice Lakes national park. Very quiet and laid back. Nice big rooms with a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Large swimming pool, made use of it on both our nights here, as it was very hot in Croatia. Super friendly owner who really made us feel at home. Would definitely come back.

    The location was really good! The Ranch looks really beautiful in the winters as well! All facilities were similar to a hotel! Really polite host. Highlights are the animals on the farm. Really friendly.. Had a very authentic ranch experience with the wood fire heaters. Really huge rooms!
