Enjoyed wandering the streets of Zadar, the restaurants, the swimming by the musical water steps. Had nice Thai food at the entrance to the city and there was a lot to see and do. As with all Croatian sea towns, the narrow streets, tall buildings, churches and towers make Zadar very picturesque for photos. So easy to get to old town Zadar I'd highly recommend walking down to the Marina & getting on the water taxi 10 euro return & a great way to Zadar from a different angle. Also you'll need to experience The Greeting To the Sun that can only be appreciated at night & the sea organ will blow your mind & ears.
