Everything is new. The apartment is equiped with all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. Two comfortable rooms. Great beds. The owner welcommed us with home made products. Apartment is located in the peaceful neighbourhood. It has parking place. In the vicinity there is one great wine bar and a lot of good restaurants. Area is ideal for cyclists.

The B&B has been lovingly restored and is located in a town full of history. The owner is passionate about his town and showcased the local products at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious! We would not explored as much of the town had it not been for his knowledge and enthusiasm. Overall the combination of the town and B&B made for a perfect blend, just like the local olive oil!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation and the overall experience! Everything exceeded our expectations – from the beautifully decorated space to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Francoise and Pascale were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – their hospitality truly touched us. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and we were especially impressed by the attention to even the smallest details. We felt completely at home, surrounded by warmth and care. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone – and we will definitely be coming back!

The pool is great, and the backyard is fantastic with plenty of playground activities for kids. It's also pet-friendly. We loved the location in the heart of Istria, making it easy to explore the beautiful countryside. Martina is very friendly and helpful—thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were privileged to be the first guests to stay in this completely refurbished property and what an absolutely delightful experience it was. It’s not the fact that its beautifully appointed, or that the interior, like the exterior is first class in every aspect, it’s that the little added touches make it feel like your own property and not just a holiday rental. It is located in a peaceful hamlet approximately thirty minutes drive from all the main coastal towns (Porec, Rovinj, etc) but within walking distance of restaurants and a mere 150 metres from a small supermarket. Not that you would know that it is there because the village is so quiet and peaceful. The Villa has everything you would need ;is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The pool and outdoor eating area is fabulous! Parking is right outside and the area seems really safe. The owner was very attentive and her parents live in the village (they even left us home grown vegetables from their garden!). This is a great holiday villa and is amazing value for money. The only negative point was that we had to leave!! Would highly recommend and have already passed on Iva (the owner) details to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .

    Beautiful charming town with plenty to see and do .Local events ,rich culture ,peaceful,quiet and serene. Amazing restaurants,wine bars ,cake shops ,supermarkets and fast food options . Safe and very welcoming. Due to it's location it's probably the best place to stay if you want to explore Istra as everything is 25/30 min away from Žminj yet you come back to a peaceful and quiet area where u can get enough sleep. Plenty of local events too ! Amazing little town :) There is a lovely big park in the shade where u can bring your kid to play every single day and at the end of the day you start feeling like a local !

    The hosts met and greeted us upon arrival and departure and gifted us with their very own wine (the family produces it ) .The house is really authentic to Istra ,perfect location and close to the shops ,wine bar & a few restaurants.Charming and beautiful house ,meticulously clean & wonderful hosts .Plenty to see in and around Żminj area as it's the sole center of Istrian peninsula. Would recommend and definitely will book again !

    The apartment is located at the most central location in Žminj, evrything you may need is within easy reach by foot. The same owner has a bistro downstairs with very tasty, budget-friendly brunches based on fresh local produce. The apartment itself is very clean, modern, bright and with a huge bed .I really enjoyed my stay here.

    Beautifully furnished apartment with attention to details, located in Žminj from where you can easily go explore the whole of Istria. Right next to the apartments there is a great little bistro&bar Ružmarin with delicious brunch options made from local ingredients.

    Fantastic villa, clean, well planned for at least 8 people. Marko and Claudia are the perfect hosts, extremey helpful and allow your privacy. Zminj is very close (1km) and has some nice restaurants. 25-35 minutes by car to different beaches.

    A nice and comfortable apartment. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They even prepared a high chair for our daughter. Zminj is simply a beautiful and quiet location we fell in love with it!!
