LUA is a perfect combination of location, luxury room, amazing spa with private beach and plenty Michelin stars deserved restaurant. My special thanx will goes to plenty of people, terapists for massages, Andras R. for best ever treatment during dinner and wine advice - many many thanks - and lady at reception who solve my every request with smile. It was very nice, clean, comfortable. One of the best places I have ever been before. The staff was very kind, they were very flexible. The receptionist lady was very helpful, went over the top to meet our expectations and to help us. We were very pleased. The rooms were like brand new. It was unbelievably clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at Anna Grand Hotel by the beautiful Lake Balaton, and it was a wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail. The hotel room is equipped with spa robes and slippers. It also has a Nespresso machine and a kettle with several capsules and a selection of teas. The amenities, especially the spa area, were top-notch. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The hotel has two indoor pools, a swimming pool and hydro massage pool. Finnish and Turkish sauna are also available. In this time of year, there aren't as many guests staying at the hotel, so spa area isn't crowded with people, which makes it even more comfortable. The food was another highlight; every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. On weekdays, our breakfast and dinner were a la carte, whearas nearing the weekend, buffet meals were served. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Daniel, the hotel’s sommelier, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His warmth, hospitality, and spot-on wine recommendations added a unique touch to our stay. Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your expertise and making every evening so delightful! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, fantastic amenities, and a gorgeous lakeside location, I recommend this hotel. P.S. The entire hotel smells wonderful!
