It is a standard stop for me when travelling through Hungary. Simple but cmfortable rooms, Airco, Balcony, nice garden to sit/work in. Bottle of water in the room, very nice so you can make coffee/tea when arriving late... A complete kitchen in the basement where you can cook/eat yourself and /or make breakfast. Staff was very helpfull. I arrived late, but I could simply enter my room and the last day easy check-out, just leaving key in room. Small issue with lights was solved in no-time.... So yes, for sure next time again.

We took the presidential suite. It is huge and beautiful. Overlooking a pastoral landscape including a lake. In the evening the reflections and the sun are unforgettable. The price of the suite also included half board. The food was delicious Hungarian food that reminded me of my mother's cooking. There was only a problem with shower doors not closing all the way.

Really great hotel. I’ve stayed their twice and I am sure many times in the future. The owners are very accommodating, to the point they will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable (providing food, drink, coffee at unreasonable times of the morning). A really honest and pleasant place to be.

    Dunakeszi is a small city North of Budapest that we always visit for dental appointments and visiting relatives. It's not especially touristic but I like it for its rural air. There is of course always the Duna (Danube) which is good for a quiet stroll. By renting a car, it was fortunately easy moving around in Dunakeszi. Otherwise, there are enough trains connecting it to Budapest, but getting around within the city might get a little challenging. Not due to the lack of buses, but you have to plan for an extended commuting time.
