The staffs were the most friendly people I have ever seen. I got sick during the travel and they even provided porridge for me and brought us medicine and water per my request.

We spent 5 days with our daughters in this beautiful hotel, and the room, restaurant, and spa were excellent. We want to highlight the kindness of all the staff, and give a 10 to Utari and Rahayu, who behaved exceptionally. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This place is simply beautiful, we extended our stay and we would have stayed longer if possible. The staff was really nice and friendly, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

I like everything about the Purana Suite! Beautiful rooms, good location, super clean, delicious food and amazing service! Staff make you feel like the most important guest of the hotel. The stay at Purana was lovely experience!

The staff were very nice and helpful. Although breakfast was not buffet-style, you could choose from the breakfast menu, which featured amazing food and served generous portions. This hotel is nestled close to nature, so you may encounter some insects in the room and throughout the premises. For us, this was perfectly fine; even the gecko in our room was very cute. Both infinity pools were simply incredible.

Excellent staff, beautiful people. We felt very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The room on the first floor was great, clean and spacious with lovely balcony with the pool view. We had marvellous 4 days in Ubud thank to Sapodilla team! They are the best. The everyday shuttles to the Ubud centre were very convenient. We had an accident during our stay and needed a doctor. Team coordinated everything smoothly, they called the doctor before we got there and within 5minutes we were already taken care of medical staff.

    Well it is not in town, it is in the village. It has two names and the motel name is not on google, makes for interesting discovery! There is food delivery if you don't have your own transport and you can walk to warungs and markets
