The hospitality and the staff is very good, they are interested in making your stay a memorable one. Specially the staffs at the Fraya restaurant are awesome and the good is also pretty good.

It is my first time in the hotel, but I have certainly had a wonderful experience, I will come back again whenever I visit the city. The room was great although I chose the simplest one, Breakfast was great with a wide variety, Spa and swimming pool are well maintained. SkyLounge with a great view of the area. Above all, the amazing staff, especially Berta, Guest Loyalty Executive.

Good location if stay in Depok area, hotel beside of mall so easy to find things what we need. Good breakfast, staffs are friendly. And thank you very much for the assistance of the officers who kept my husband phone charger & gold ring that left in the room after we called about that.

We had a beautiful stay at the Rumanami Residence. We were met with friendly staff who welcomed us right away. The building is beautiful, with lots of natural light and plants. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and a big window. There is a water dispenser to fill water bottles on every floor. The rooftop is lovely and we enjoyed a beer here. We also ate at the restaurant which was convenient.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but there is a bit of a language barrier. If you want to be a bit outside of the center then it's quite nice. In this area there a not really any tourist attractions. For people with non Asian experience might the first impression be a little shocker but ones you settled in it's getting better every minute :) The Appartment has a really nice rooftop bar which I highly recommend to visit (nice view above the neighborhood and far). All in all did we enjoy our stay in this Appartment!
