Oh where do I start? Everything was perfect and exceeding our expectations. The welcoming "ceremony" was memorable and since we booked a suite our checked in was done in a special lounge area for suite guests. This lounge area is perfectly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We then got upgraded to Premiere Suite which was superb. One thing we noticed from day one is the present of soothing aromatherapy everywhere in the hotel. Could you let me know what aromatherapy is that? Furthermore the choices of food and beverages are diverse and delicious. We do aware that the food price is rather high but this is worth it since the food and drinks are of high quality. Additionally, given the hotel's location and its 5 stars status the price of the food and beverages are not exorbitant. We love the location and environment of the hotel.. It was an unforgettable vacation for both of us and we are looking forward to come back to Plataran Bromo!

Good selection of breakfast buffet with a change in the type of rice and noodles for every day that we stayed there. The facilities were of good condition and sufficient for our use during the stay at Bromo. Location was superb and the view of Mount Bromo from the hotel was awesome! 10/10 would stay at Bromo Permai 1 again!

What a lovely place ! As I forgot to book for the night I wanted, I extended my stay at Bromo to be able to chill at that place, in the forest, super calm ! They make good food (not for free of course)

Very helpful and friendly people. We arrived late in the evening and they arranged a jeep so we could leave a few hours later for the sunrise! Room was very clean and comfortable. Looked even much better dan on the pictures.

We were lucky to have the whole second floor. So the room was spacious and basically has everything you would need. The host is very nice. She helps us arrange tour and transportation at reasonable price and patiently answer our questions.
