Room was so lovely and spacious! Bed was super comfy and the shower was hot! Staff super friendly. Also the room service was delicious! We had a really early flight and they helped organise a taxi and also gave us fruit and toast for the journey!

An old but very comfortable hotel. Large rooms. Very friendly and efficient staff. I needed to print some documents and they were so helpful. Very big variety at breakfast. Both Western and Indonesian options. All good and served with a smile. Delicious fruit. Coffee not very good. We had dinner there twice. Good food and fair prices. However a long wait on both occasions for the food

One of the better hotels in manado. We had very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and kind, especially front desk and restaurant ❤️ Would we come back? Definitely yes. Well worth money spent.
