This is a well priced international hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast. It is well located being central to many locations and is next to a shopping mall which allows guests to access groceries, restaurants, clothing and giftware. This is the best hotel in Pekanbaru which is based on the other 5 hotels we have already stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean, tidy and well kept. The pool facilities is great for kids. Family friendly Hotel that caters for Kids too.

Really can't fault this place at all for the price. You are getting a lot of meat for your money. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Room was spacious with outside view. Toilet and shower were clean. Special mention to the cook in the restaurant: he will cook anything you want at an incredibly affordable price. Brilliant person for help and advice, too. Everything is nearby, including an IndoMaret with an ATM right opposite.

Nothing. We didnt stay here coz its far from the city & were being charged full amount. Despite the courtesy to come all the way there to cancel it & they have confirmes that there will be no cancellation charges. We were being charged after coming back to our home country.

    There was virtually no tourism here; every person I saw was...

    There was virtually no tourism here; every person I saw was a local, which made the visit authentic and relaxing. If you want to stretch out and sip tropical drinks, this is not your place; if you want to truly experience life as an Indonesian might, it is perfect. Food was startlingly inexpensive, especially the street food. Even Western food was about 1/4 the price I might expect in other ASEAN countries.

    Short stay, arrived late - left early Were met by kind staff, the room was big and clean, the beds were comfy. Enjoyed free bottles of water in the room and facilities to make tea/coffee. Angkasa Hotel arranged our lift to the airport at a very fair rate.
