A highly recommended place, a hidden paradise, the people are very friendly and helpful, whatever you need they offer you and respect your privacy. They have a professional guide with high knowledge of the natural life of the jungle and explains in detail all the life of plants, trees and fauna when it takes you on an excursion. It has been a wonderful experience. Don't miss it.

Great value and friendly locals. We had an awesome jungle trek and saw orangutans, monkeys and other wildlife. The food on site was great and it was a short walk or scooter ride into Bukit Lawang. No hot water but you get that in the jungle.

The bungalows are lovely and secluded staring out into the jungle. The staff are AMAZING. I got sick during our jungle trek and had to get out through a fairly dodgy route and the staff all came together to help me get out. The hotel booked me a different hotel as the jungle guide was booked for the night I was on a trek and brought me tea and medication to help. The next day, they transferred me back to the hotel. All of the employees are absolutely lovely and make the stay well worth it!

Great homestay in Bukit Lawang, very clean, very cosy huge bed and AC! The owner arranged a Jungle tour for us and our guide Jonny did an awesome job! We saw a lot of orang Utans and a lot of other animals, he knew a lot about the animals and the jungle which was great! The food was also really good! Can’t recommend this place enough

    Best to train up and be fit for jungle trekking as some climbs can be a bit steep. Also it's very hot and humid. If you wanna take good pictures, don't rely on mobile phones as you'll need to zoom in quite a bit with orang utans perched high up among the trees
