Wonderful place to stay. Owner was extremely accommodation and made our stay wonderful. The views are fantastic and very short drive to Rathdrum. I would stay here again. Very close to Dublin in a quiet location by the two rivers. Accommodation was fantastic

Beautiful premesis. Very Cosy and quaint. Extensive grounds with lots to do. Rooms were massive - great traditional style decor. Excellent facilities - pool and sauna were great. Fluffy towels and bathrobe provided - sadly, the bathrobes were one size and didn't really fit us. Delicious breakfast - great staff.

This stay was one of my best nights so far in a solo europe trip. It was so homey, comfortable and had exactly what you need. Shelley was incredibly kind and helpful, she even offered to pick me up from the train station because it was raining. The booking is so accurate to a T and has everything it says is available. Breakfast was incredible and a broad selection of cooked breakfasts with eggs were available. I would come back here in a heartbeat and I wish I had more days to explore the area!

Really enjoyed our stay in Avoca.

Really enjoyed our stay in Avoca. You do need a car to get around and see the beautiful scenery. We walked to the Miners Cross a bit of a hike but doable and the view from the top was breathtaking. We had to eat outside of Avoca and chose Wooden bridge which we would recommend. The meeting of the waters is a beautiful location and you can enjoy a pint in their pub. Its a bit run down but it is still a beautiful place to enjoy a drink or a coffee :-)

House was clean, well equipped and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Great location in Avoca, within walking distance of an old fashioned pub. Wonderful walks nearby. Clara Lara was a short drive away as was Avondale.
