Stayed in the headfort arms for our 12 year anniversary,...
Stayed in the headfort arms for our 12 year anniversary, arrived and was given an upgrade on our room we wore delighted! (we stayed in room 2). The lady at the reception checking us in was lovely very informative and had a laugh with us, I never caught her name unfortunately. We ate in the Vanilla Pod restaurant I'm sure it was called, the food, drinks and service wore lovely. Breakfast was fast and very tasty! Downfall unfortunately for us was our sleep, the windows in the room did let alot of street noise in and possibly heat out as it did get cold even with the rad on full. The pillows in our room wore awful, 4 pillows on the bed 2 of them folded like paper and the other 2 wore like a brick, we didn't get a good nights sleep at all sadly, we also had a coffee machine with plenty of options for tea & coffee but no cups in the room to make any. Due to the lack of sleep I'm not sure I'd come back to stay which is a same as the hotel itself is fabulous.Guest review byReddin

The staff were really friendly and helpful and always had time for a chat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food, including Headfort pancakes which were delicious and the breakfast staff were wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was there. We were a party of 7 for a family birthday and everyone loved the beautiful quiet location that was just a short drive to local amenities. Hosts were extremely helpful if there was anything we needed. hottub was a major plus, bring flip flops. onky a few miles from kells.
