The property is really well kept and spotlessly clean. All of the rooms are spacious, loads of seating in the kitchen diner. A separate living room with Sky TV, Netflix and an XBox. Great Wifi signal. Outdoor seating in the back of the house which looks out across the crop fields and beyond. There is a large fridge freezer, washing machine etc, tons of towels and bedding so you don’t need to bring anything with you. Tea, Coffee sugar etc were provided which was really appreciated. Hot water and heating fully available, the house is cosy warm on a cold day. Our hosts live just down the road and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed and appreciated the lovely accommodation and enjoyed a relaxing holiday.

    Mayo is just amazing!

Mayo is just amazing! We got to fit so much into our 2 days there! The house was just brilliant- had everything we needed for a good sleep , then great facilities to make lovely breakfast before heading off for the day! Lots of chairs at the large dining table for all our group! There were even dishwasher tablets there! Mairead had also left milk, cookies and sweets !! Perfect for watching the Toy Show! Everything was perfect, we’ll definitely be back!

It is quiet. We stayed in the village of Bohola.

It is quiet. We stayed in the village of Bohola. There is not much. Two bars, a convenience store, a church, a community center, homes and a cemetery. That's it. The Inn has a great bar. No food short of bar snacks available. Things are cheap in Bohola. It is more locals than tourists, so the experience is truly authentic Irish. The bartender is great, and the crowd is fun.
