Clean, good Ac , good location, prompt and helpful staff. Good wifi . Value for money. Though their breakfast time is from 8.30 am as we were in rush they considered our request and served us whatever was ready. We happy with their hospitality .

The rooms were spacious and clean, ideal for family and couples with a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks. Not to forget the rooftop pool with an infinity view. The main thing i look for when booking any of my stays is that the washroom is extremely clean with no signs of infestation. Being a newly opened stay, Casa Coutinho thoroughly ticked that box. The location is also extremely convenient with having the Mall just a few minutes walk away, same with the supermarket and small line of restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious which includes a fridge, kitchen sink and a tv with netflix youtube etc ready to use. Finally, big thanks to Mr Uday for taking such lovely care of us😊

    I reached late night as my flight was at late and no one was actually there to even open the gate, after several attempts swa a drunk man, who didnt even bother to respond or open the gate. This is not even a proper hotel. A bachelors mess, more off. Worst of the lot. Do not plan to stay here.
