GermanyThe best part of our stay was that the staff were very courteous and always made sure that we were taken care of. They were super proactive about ensuring the guests had all comforts possible, this included special breakfast boxes they would pack for the guests to take into the safaris, or the blankets to make sure that the guests weren't cold out there. We never had any issues getting something that we asked for and they even went out of their way to make sure they could provide us with all the off menu food orders we placed.
