1) Hospitality - Great customer service. Mr Parthiban at front desk went over and above to please the customers. 2) Food - Amazing options - South / North Indian / American and Authentic Village food as well.. Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. Hotel travel desk rates are on the higher side (as expected). No complaints. Overall, worth every penny and it cannot get any better. Highly Recommended. Thanks MR Venkatesh Bhat and team.

"We had a fantastic stay at the [Hotel Name]! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially [mention a specific staff member if possible], who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to [mention nearby attractions or landmarks].     The city is friendly with lot educated people and a lot of respected doctors and learned persons. Main roads are good. But the Gali and connected roads are not kept well maintained. The Auto ricksha-wallahs and traffic is horrible in many areas.

    Chennai is not a city geared toward tourism.

    Chennai is not a city geared toward tourism. When we reached there the air port arrival section did not even offer wifi, we faced very uncomfortable situation due to this and was unable to use maps or taxi. The airport did not even have a booth where they provide sims. hence if you are travelling there be prepared. In addition when we went to a shop where they sell sims they were unable to give us one as one must have an Indian phone number to receive OTP. hence it was impossible for other nationalities to obtain a connection. this lead to may challenges. Majority of the taxi drivers and shop owner do not understand English. avoid Pondi Bazar for shopping and go to T Nagar, also be mindful of people who come begging for money and street vendors who are scammers.

    ...The local inhabitants always greet you with a wide grin if you smile at them...food at Hot Chips and Anand Bhavan is mouth watering... Communication network of Chennai especially Tambram is ultimate... Flowers decorated or in the hair easily catch your attention... Greenery in Tambram gives it a respite from heat unlike other cities with concrete jungle... More trees may be planted though...

    There no room service, no intercom, no proper air...

    There no room service, no intercom, no proper air conditioner, no cleaning person to clean the room. There’s no mat , while coming out from bathroom. The room is just like hell during our life time. Don’t take booking for the hotel. Your reputation will affect.

    Hotel is a newer hotel located within a short distance of airport. Room were modern and very clean. Had a buffet supper that was outstanding, and an option for breakfast, but due to flight time wad not able to experience. There is a mall an d shopping with walking distance. Price of hotel was fantastic relative to similar quality of hotels in Chennai.

    The staff of Sudha Grand, its Manager Mr. Sreedhar and its Owner Mr. Sudhakar were very courteous, cooperative and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and clean. Linen, Bathroom and room are very clean. The Location is very close to Tambaram Railway station as well as to Chennai Intl Airport.
