The staff was amazing! When I arrived, I got a feeling from them that were waiting for me all their lives 🤣 really so friendly and helpful!!! Everyone starting from the driver to receptionists, house keeping / cleaning and waiters and kitchen staff ❤️ Food was unbelievably good! Rooms were clean. I loved the shampoo in the rooms, best choice!

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India. Thank you for everything.

"We had a fantastic stay at the [Hotel Name]! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially [mention a specific staff member if possible], who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.     The city is friendly with lot educated people and a lot of respected doctors and learned persons. Main roads are good. But the Gali and connected roads are not kept well maintained. The Auto ricksha-wallahs and traffic is horrible in many areas.

    Chennai is not a city geared toward tourism.

    Chennai is not a city geared toward tourism. When we reached there the air port arrival section did not even offer wifi, we faced very uncomfortable situation due to this and was unable to use maps or taxi. The airport did not even have a booth where they provide sims. hence if you are travelling there be prepared. In addition when we went to a shop where they sell sims they were unable to give us one as one must have an Indian phone number to receive OTP. hence it was impossible for other nationalities to obtain a connection. this lead to may challenges. Majority of the taxi drivers and shop owner do not understand English. avoid Pondi Bazar for shopping and go to T Nagar, also be mindful of people who come begging for money and street vendors who are scammers.

    ...The local inhabitants always greet you with a wide grin if you smile at them...food at Hot Chips and Anand Bhavan is mouth watering... Communication network of Chennai especially Tambram is ultimate... Flowers decorated or in the hair easily catch your attention... Greenery in Tambram gives it a respite from heat unlike other cities with concrete jungle... More trees may be planted though...

    There no room service, no intercom, no proper air...

    There no room service, no intercom, no proper air conditioner, no cleaning person to clean the room. There’s no mat , while coming out from bathroom. The room is just like hell during our life time. Don’t take booking for the hotel. Your reputation will affect.

    Greens inn near Chennai Madras High court is a well maintained hotel. I stayed there with my sister for a period of 4 days and 3 nights. It was safe and the staff were extremely helpful. The washroom was clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the place is in the middle of a little street and uber cars are not available nearby. However autos are available but they charge tremendously. If you stay here be prepared to walk at least 200m to reach the main road. Overall the stay was pleasant.

    I had a wonderful stay at green park Chennai for 2 days which was pleasant, the rooms were pretty large and and comfortable, especially i liked the hospitality given by akash, libika , Narasi from house keeping i liked the interior view of the hotel during night time , their breakfast was good includes more options, it's near by the vadapalani metro station and centre of the Chennai City

    I needed to be near central station, Fort St George and CSK stadium. The hotel was great for all three. Used the metro at Chennai Park Town to get to anywhere I needed to go. Marina Beach, Santom Basilica and Leela Palace Hotel. I’m a no frills traveller and this is a no frills hotel. A perfect match. More activity out on the street in one minute than in a day in most European cities!
