Best time to visit, as per local guides, is from November to...
Best time to visit, as per local guides, is from November to December and Latest upto 15th January. Morning is the best time for boating, air is pure and cool. The look is serene, with ripples in the water. However, based on our visit, we suggest not to stay in Dawki, but maybe Shillong or some other nearby areas, where good hotels are available. Boating is fun. For going from Guwahati, we took the route through Jowai, and the route itself is an icing on the cake for visit to Dawki.Guest review byshubhankarIndia
