The hosts were really great, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. It was calm and relaxing and a great place to recoup after a long hard ride. Lots of places to eat and the hosts also arranged some home delivery for me.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property with our small family. The pool, framed by vibrant bougainvillea, and the delightful company of the two friendly dogs made our stay truly memorable. Every moment was worth every penny spent.

I went here for a stay with bunch of my friends. Since it was my 2nd stay at Riyansh, they also offered us a discount. The staff & owners are also very nice. Will definitely recommend for the small hangout!! The food is too good, you wont miss your ghar ka khana at Riyansh. Rooms are clean & spacious.

The pictures of the property do complete justice on how it actually looks, it is essentially a hostel concept meant to target the younger generations especially who are travelling on a budget, the recreation pool is really good and so is the entertainment & games room. Our room was quite adequate with a cute balcony and equipped with basic facilities. The breakfast was also quite tasty.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by their exceptional hospitality. The staff made every effort to ensure a memorable experience. What stood out the most was their food; it was simply outstanding. Every dish was not only delicious but also offered in generous portions, all at an affordable price. Though the location was about 2 kilometers from the beach, it was a perfect spot for those seeking peace and tranquility. The serene surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. If you ever visit, you must try their food—it’s a delight not to be missed. Again, would highly recommend to try their food over restaurant.

This beautiful property is located close to Pune and Mumbai and it’s very well-maintained 😍. They have a large swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and kept in excellent condition. The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. Hats off to the staff for maintaining the rooms so well. The hosts Pratibha & Vijayan Nair are welcoming, thoughtful & helpful. Awas beach is just an 8mins walk away. The property has a little lawn to play badminton & a carom board. We had a peaceful & serene stay here. The meals were tasty and perfect for the 2 of us. Vijayan Sir recommended a lovely place for dinner. Both of them are always available on the phone and ever ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay.
