The location of Aras was great, very close to the main road and easy access to Auto/bicycle rentals, food joints. The rooms offer good privacy and didnt feel like you were in a home stay, super clean and everything was new including the furniture/bathrooms. The owners were very warm and ready to help at all times.

The bed and bed sheet was very much like. The entire room facilities are very good. Beds pillows blanket lighting charging point with mobile holder hanger and the wash with mirror all facilities are excellent. Will visit again once.

Staying at the guest house was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a sense of genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating, offering helpful tips about the local area and even going out of their way to arrange activities and transport for us. Everything was just wonderful, Located in New hampi at 4km from Hampi You can catch a bus very easily to reach Hampi From my side I took the rickshaw from the family, his name is Tappa for a very affordable price he will make you discover all part of Hampi, from my side I went with him 2 full daysi After 2 days I can say it became a friend The room was so clean and the owner always ready to help, what can we ask more in India ? I can just recommend 100%

We are a couple from Germany and had a beautiful stay in New Hampi at Ayushas and her mother Shishis Homestay. We were lucky having found such a quiet & good located place to discover Hampi & surroundings as we were not sure before where its best to stay. Ayusha helped us with good drivers (taxi driver tp pick us from Bangslore airport & to Hospet train station) & Riksha drivers for Hampi temples and other side of the river). There are also buses and rikshas running to Hampi Bazaar from the main road. (8-10 min walk from the homestay) which is a good alternative to visit things in Hampi centre. Ayusha who speaks very good english gave us many extra informations about the culture, people & politics. Shishi explained us a lot about local food and plants. There are 2 rooms on the roof top which share a terasse. The family lives downstairs but you have total privacy in your space and you also dont hear the neighbours. Our room had a very good matress and was superclean. And bath room was newly renovated and hot water was always available. It was really much better then we expected. We had homemade indian breakfast in the mornings (or sometimes also a dinner) on the terasse (dont forget to tell them the day before - they are also flexible with timings if you visit temples & monumentas in morning time)! Food is very delicious. If you want something you can always ask for it. Thank you for the nice time we had and for so many nice talks ❤️

Resort located at very peaceful location. very neet and clean and brand new property .The staff was very polite and friendly. The cottages are beautiful. The property owner is always around and attend guests. The Cafe restaurant is very good and food quality is awesome. Will surely stay in same resort if at all I visit Hampi again.

    Great historical site for people with archaeological bent.

    Great historical site for people with archaeological bent. It's a small town, nothing much to do after closing time of the sites (mostly 5-5.30 pm). Average for food ( both Veg, non- veg). Hospet is a better place for food, not a great market for shopping, mostly necessary items as per the city needs, but New Hampi has scattered sites all around, both the towns are adjacent to each other so not much time required to travel between the two ( approx. 20-25 mins). Rooms for stay are easily available and the ones listed on this site are great value for money. You get auto rickshaws there, ready to fill upto the brim for taking you around the sites, which are all located at a stone throw's away from each other. It has frequent power cuts and gets very hot during summer, as it is a rocky city, can't expect much greenery. Post monsoon will be a more suitable time to travel, but beware the reptiles, will get to see chemilions and mongooses on every corner, indicates a lot of snakes. The government needs to increase the tourist facilities and provide more options for the livelihood of the people there other than the tourism, which will help to increase the attractiveness and living standard of the place.

    Hampi is safe for ladies and solo travelers. Visit Hampi in between September to February. It's very hot here from March to June. It's the birth place of Hanuman. It is called as Kishkinda in Ramayana

    Its beautiful place to explore ancient Indian archeological monuments and see traces of Majestic Empire. Its must visit place for people keeping interest in Indian history. Best time to visit is around Dec, Jan or Post Monsoon! Best part is the Beautiful sunset view from Virupaksha Temple areas. Must experience!

    The new roads are good and not having much traffic but some...

    The new roads are good and not having much traffic but some sections they were laying the roads and hope it will be good. The location is not much polluted and very greenary view surrounding the property and on both sides of the road. There were lot of properties fin options or stay but pricing needs to be checked. Public transport is little weak in that area, but with your private vehicles you can manage and enjoy all locations. It is easy to travel to hampi and have well connected roads, it just take 30 min Max from new hampi. There were lots of small eateries on the road side which offers good hygiene and clean foods at a very nominal price.
