The check in process took too long.
The check in process took too long. They only issued one room key & when asked for another was told they cannot issue another. When pushed they did issue another but in turn only 1 ever worked. They do not have an alcohol licence & this should be highlighted in their website. They are awaiting one. The staff were always wanting us to review everything eg after each meal etc The facilities were great & there were lots of inclusions.Guest review byAnonymous
