An incredibly charming house and idyllic nature around with beautiful views. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. Unfortunately, the view when you sit in it is blocked by the wooden panels and the small windows in it are much too high, so you have no view from inside the jacuzzi; was definitely the only drawback. It is very quiet and there are no immediate neighbors. In summer you can enjoy the midnight sun and dine outside on the terrace in good weather conditions. Be sure to use the barbecue. We can hardly wait to come back. Thank you 💛

This beautifully designed cabin features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that make you feel like you’re living inside a moving painting. As the weather shifted — from sun to storm — we stayed cozy inside, watching the clouds roll by, swans glide along the river, and golden light dance across the hills. We sipped coffee from bed, read books, and soaked in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine. It was the perfect place to press pause and reset. When Iceland’s unpredictable weather puts a stop to sightseeing, Glacial Glass Cabin becomes the destination in itself. Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or anyone craving silence, solitude, and stunning views — all wrapped in Scandinavian comfort.

We stayed in 12 different homes during our trip to Iceland, and this one was by far the best. With a geothermal hot tub, two bedrooms, and a cozy interior, it had everything we needed. The house is located right in the middle of nature, which was amazing.

This apartment is amazing. Everything is well thought out and super clean. The panoramic views from different sides are stunning. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is very convenient. The owners also have a stable with cute horses. Overall, it's a great place.

Due to weather conditions, our travel plans had to change and found this place last minute. The host was very nice and accommodating. The villa was fantastic. I wish I found this place sooner and stayed longer. Very spacious and clean. Close to Selfoss. Beautiful view, isolated and private. Got to meet the horses and pet them too. I very highly recommend this place!
