Our kids really enjoyed the family room, with the beds stacked like a stair. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. My wife really enjoyed the fact that our bathroom had a tub. Breakfast was good. Where we had it for me was super. In the library, with tons of books in several languages. I've started to read one during the breakfast time. The hotel has also a restaurant/bar whee we had a really good lamb soup.

The room was spacious, clean, and had big comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant along with it which is also very good. The hotel's location is very close to the dock from where the Husavik whale-watching tours start (2 mins on foot). Continental breakfast was served in the morning with a wide variety of food.

Beautiful, designer and new accommodation. Very tastefully decorated. Whoever furnished this apartment really thought about every detail of functionality. The washer and dryer was the main reason for choosing this accommodation. But we literally loved everything this apartment had to offer. We will definitely come back here next time. It was a really nice place near Husavik (~20 minutes by car.) It exceeded my expectations! The kitchen was well equiped and the house was very good overall!

This is a fantastic apartment right in downtown Husavik. There was a washer/dryer in our unit, great bathroom, good kitchen, great sitting area, and a view of the docks!

Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace....

The guesthouse was very confortable, spacious, clean and well-decorated. The kitchenette had all the utilities we needed. The electric stove was stored on a drawer under the sink. But the best thing was the sympathy our hosts showed us. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but unfortunately were caught up in the middle of a snow storm, so they refound us for the first night we couldn't get there and stayed in contact with us throughout those days, indicating us the best way to arrive on the guesthouse since most roads leading there were closed or slippery.
