The check-in welcome drink was a lovely touch. They made my birthday incredibly special with a personal card and a surprise dessert "cake" – it was so thoughtful. The design is stunning, the tap water is the best we've ever tasted, and the 24-hour geothermal hot pool is a dream. A truly unique and memorable experience. Second best thing was the serene location, between the mountains, absolutely quiet and beautiful. I drove everyday to different places including the city which takes about 45 minutes but the scenic drive never gets boring. Inside, it’s a bit basic, more like a budget chain hotel. Nothing extraordinary for the price.
