Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

    I like the quiet settings of the hotel, the discretion and courtesy of staff. Locals a bit slow but that's part of the charm of this lovely village with great historical, architectural and cultural importance. Love how they take care of their gardens. Perhaps communal areas' cleanliness could improve.

    This was a convenient place to stay and not too far from the autostrada. The room was spacious and clean with a lot of storage. All of the mirrors around the walls freaked our dogs out at first! and mirrors on the ceiling was very Hotel California like!! It was good to be able to park our car right outside the room. Our dogs were welcome and there was no extra charge for them which is a bonus Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard.
