The hospitality and kindness of the owners was fantastic. Despite the language barrier. Genuinely kind people. The food was great, especially the pasta. The hosts at Il Casale di Santamettole are absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of the family, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our experience special. Their dog is one of a kind spoiled cutie! The food deserves a special mention—it was simply superb! Every meal was a delight, but the pasta with potatoes was a standout dish that we couldn’t get enough of. The dining experience here was one of the best we’ve had in Tuscany. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with that special Italian vibe that made us feel instantly at home.
