Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking. (not easy to find free parking at Lake Como...) Lorenzo and his parents are very welcoming hosts.

This hotel had a lot of Italian charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel amenities were very good. The spa & pool was great. And the view from our room was superb. We cannot wait to come back again!

Mr samuele was really helpful and hospitable especially starting with booking a taxi for a arrival and departure to helping us with a what to do list with all the local transportation service timetable to even arrangements for an take away breakfast as we had to leave early around 6am

A beautiful and intimate boutique hotel. Jessica gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and we even received a complimentary upgrade such a lovely surprise! The view was amazing, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality highly recommended!

Excellent hotel and services . Friendly staff . Excellent breakfast with a good selection of cereals, breads , cakes , coffee, fruits , etc . The location is out of lake Como but the drive to the hotel is absolutely scenic and worth it . Walking distance to restaurants in the neighbourhood . Recommend you stay here for some peace and tranquility. Chechen and checkout was a breeze
