A trully magnificent discovery! An out-of-earth experience - a house on a quiet private hill with a view to the seashore. Splendind staff, warm and so welcoming owner and great food. Modern, clean, comfortable. Staff always helpful.Close to beach, restaurants, etc. Their own restaurant, The Montechristo, was exceptional. Short walk through the pines to the beach. Very safe beach.

The location was perfect - in the heart of follonica ,actually in the sea ,so views were amazing. It was very clean and the owner and her team were so nice and couldn't be more helpful . They carried our breakfast each morning to the beautiful terrace over the sea , gave us permits for the parking 50m away and chairs for the beach . We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

The property is very up together and clean, the staff are extremely polite and are always on hand when you need them. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and modern, they also have good aircon which is rare to find around the area.
