Great stay, a lot of amenities. Nice location, centrally located. Friendly contact, only Italian speaking, but went above and beyond to get an English speaking contact. And yes, it has both a terrace and a balcony.

The room is big. The double bed very big and comfortable. There is a shower in the room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is on a high standard. The staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. They did their best to assist us in any issue. The location of the hotel is very convenient and in a walking distance to a shopping mall and there is another supermarket close by as well. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!! And are looking forward to staying there again.

The staff were so kind, accommodating, professional and helpful. They provided for all our needs. 24 hour reception was extremely practical. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The coffee was also top notch. We really enjoyed our overnight stay and will go there again on our return trip!
