Our room was clean and new, everything has worked well:air conditioning, Tv, bathroom. The location is 10/10 because it is 2 min from the sea, in the town Ladispoli, 20 min by train and you are in Vaticano,in the centre of Rome!

The location is perfect, in the calm neighborhood. Lots of space, clean and everything you might need on your trip - they have. If you want to go to the sea, or lake, or Rome, it's located in between, 20min away. Very helpful owners, willing to assist you with requests you may have. Will visit them again, for sure!
