Staff extremely attentive and helped find and book q beautiful restaurant for us. Helpful, smiley, one of the best we stayed while in Italy and almost certainly the best service! Thanks for a lovely time, go for the hot tub balcony, not to be missed!

From the moment we arrived, Andrea made us feel incredibly welcome—he’s a truly outstanding host who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. Chef Fabio is equally impressive; his culinary creations are nothing short of delicious and added so much to our stay. We had a wonderful three days here and were genuinely sad to leave. Excellent price-quality ratio. Strategic location for exploring Val d'Orcia. Hospitable, kind, and attentive personnel. The room was comfortable, very clean, large, with a nice balcony all the advertised amenities. Good air conditioning, a small fridge, and hair dryer. Big, clean, and well ventilated bathroom. Very good breakfast, with plenty of choises for a Mediterranean one (I know, too many sweets, but at least the ones you can find at Hotel Reali are homemade and they are quite tasty). The hotel parking is quite large and I always could find a parking place.

Everything! We wanted a day off from the long drive we were on back to the UK from Sicily and this hotel was the prefect choice. The rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds was perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. In the hotel, our room was big and comfortable and the fresh fruit in the bowl was a nice touch. As we have found during our numerous hotel stays, breakfast can be hit and miss, but here it was varied and plentiful and set us up for the day. Parking is always a concern for us, being in my own car and not just a hired one, and here the car park was free and safely underground, unlike some of the other places we've stayed where they've charged €20 or even €30 per night to park!! All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and we hope to return when we do the journey again next year and stay a little longer. In particular, the manager was very friendly and hospitable, and I'd like to thank him for taking the time to explain about the barrel rolling festival in Montepulciano. We watched it together on TV in the lounge. Very interesting.

    The town is nice.

    The town is nice. It is a quiet time of the year, but the merchants we encountered were friendly. The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekends

    a nice town with an old part behind the walls. lots of greenery, parking lots and bars, walking paths and restaurants.During the day, we walked around Okpliška, in the evening we came to the city for dinner and to the accommodation to rest. we ate at pizzeria Rosso vivo. I have never had a better pizza, the price was not too high either. The food at La Torretta was also very tasty.

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town...

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town with great restaurants, little streets and beautiful architecture. It's a great gateway to many other local towns such as Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano among many others. There are thermal sources nearby such as San Filippo and great hikes such as la Foce. Florence is a 2 1/2 - 3 hours drive depending on traffic.

    Charming local town with some good bars and restaurants. A great base away from the tourists hot spots but an excellent location to visit those attractions whilst experiencing life in a real local Tuscan town.

    The museum is amazing!!!

    The museum is amazing!!! We were hoping to visit a thermal pool but the one we went to (Theia) had so many rules and was so expensive for the amount of time we wanted to stay that we left. (The staff there could have been friendlier.) It’s probably better to go if you have several hours to spend. Also, as Americans from Montana, it was stressful and confusing trying to figure out rules for parking. Chianciano is nicely situated for day drives to other beautiful spots in Tuscany and Umbria.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do. We visited a two restaurants and both were great experiences with owners introducing going as far as to welcome us. La Torretta in the village and Locanda di Anita in Cetona.

    The worst services & very disappointed with this hotel booking, i have been using booking.com for 3 years , and this is the first time i have this bad experience, they don’t even let me check in , they throw us and even not care that I’m with family. i have already paid money online and i loss the money.
