The owner and all generations of the family do out of love. I arrived and it was about to rain and I was offered an umbrella. I was leaving in thunderstorm to wait at the bus stop across the street, and again I was offered an umbrella to leave at the supermarket where the bus stop is located. I was also allowed to check out late. Wonderful people and place.

That is an amazing place. Beautiful Tuscany, great facility, fantastic views and air. Garden with a view, options like barbecue, jacuzzi and sauna, historical heritage all around. An important Franciscan sanctuary close by; the way there leads through nature national park. The hosts are amazing and very supportive. We want to go back there as soon as we can.

The house is actually located in a residential area, in a very beautiful small village. The neighbors are calm and pleasant. We used this place to visit the monastery of La Verna, which is nearby. The living is very large. It is already cold at the end of October, but the house has local heating. Everything you need is there. There is a shop across the road. The rooms are very large. Absolutely everything! We were served drinks upon arrival as we walked 17km (Via di Francesco). Room was the best we had on a 10 day trip, spacious, super clean with all bathroom amenities, lots of towels. Old school with exposed beams. Dinner was fantastic with picturesque views. Great breakfast with super attentive staff. There is NO room for improvement. We will hopefully return at some point.
