This is an exceptional b and b, in the charming "borgo" of the abbazia di priverno - the little village that's grown up around the abbey. Extremely elegant, decorated beautifully in 70s aristo syle, charming host. Choice of places to eat from the restaurant run by the owner to a cafe/enoteca that does excellent aperitivos and breakfast. It is on the expensive side if you are travelling alone on the Via Francigena, but still highly recommended - and it would be perfect for a couple on a more cultural holiday. The nearest town, Priverno, is also extremely interesting.

Beautiful and Peaceful - peace for the Soul: My husband and I were looking for a quaint property in the countryside - it was our last night in Italy after a wonderful two-week holiday exploring the Amalfi Coast. We stumbled across Molino'7Cento Charme & Resort. From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly staff. Francesca took time to demonstrate how the old water mill works which we found extremely fascinating. The next morning, we were met with what can only be described as the best breakfast Feast we have ever enjoyed prepared by Paulo. Savoring homemade yoghurts and muesli. Freshly backed pasties. Crispy bacon - eggs - all sorts of cold meats and cheeses and other savoury delights - fresh juice - fresh fruit and tasty cappuccinos. Nothing was too much or too little for these amazing staff members. After breakfast Guilia took the time to walk through the beautifully manicured gardens with us showing us the vegetable gardens and vineyards. She was so friendly and accommodating she also had so much knowledge about the history of property and the little town called Cori. When travelling it's not how big or grand the property is for us it's the staff and the friendliness of the staff members. Just taking a few minutes to talk to their guests and making them feel welcome. When we left the next day Paulo and Guilia packed a delicious savoury snack for us to take with us when they learnt that we would be spending a few hours at the airport how thoughtful. Their kindness will stay with us for many years to come.

Mina and her family are lovely people and made us very welcome. The 2 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The use of a roof terrace to relax after a day exploring was a treat. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We had a wonderful meal at a beautiful restaurant run by Mina's husband called (De Novo e D'Antico) Cori, 20 mins away.

We stayed here while walking the Via Francigena, and the property was really close to the route so great for us. Easy check in, everything we needed to hand, and generally a lovely quirky apartment. We would recommend :)

    You need a car to get to this hill-town if you stay in...

    You need a car to get to this hill-town if you stay in accommodation outside, as the hill is too steep to walk comfortably. Once there it is a quaint town which appears very busy, even out of season. As I visited at the end of September most of the proper restaurants had already closed for the season, but there are others at the bottom of the hill. It is not really a destination in itself, more a place to visit.

    Extraordinary experience in gorgeous location. Beautiful well-kept castle and outdoor area with small interesting spots in abundance. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Barbara and her family are genuine and friendly. They will respect your privacy. Cute dogs and cats around too !! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. Best hotel experience so far.     Cori is a medieval fantasy in stone, and this property is part of that, located near one of the historic gates of the city. I have already vowed to return for some of the summer pageantry missed. I would like nothing better than to stay again at the charming La Terrazza. There was nothing medieval about the modcons and double bed. I found the locals friendly and helpful.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. The rooms are well equipped and the air-con is functioning. Fantastic views on Cori and the landscape. The restaurant serves high level food to reasonable prices. Wine is served by local sommelier - by the way the variety of wine is huge and the wine is very good.

    A nice apartment in the pretty little town of Cori. Our host was very friendly and helpful - she left us with some nice breakfast items including fruit, coffee and juice. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had a peaceful night's rest, preparing for our next day hiking the Via Francigena del Sud.
