The apartment is situated about 10 minutes from Bolzano. The apartment is sizeable, perfect for a couple and two children. It is brand new, very spacious and very clean. It has a large terrace, with sofas, overlooking the valley with mountain views at 180 degrees. It has all the accessories needed for both a short and long stay. Simone, the host, was very helpful, friendly and hospitable. She was always there when needed. Highly recommended.

Location is absolutely stunning. The view is perfect. We took the (free) bus into Bolzano to go up with the cable car into the mountains. Way more touristic than the surrounding areas like Brixen for example but still nice. The appartement is spacious, clean, good beds, great bathroom and separate toilet. Perfect for a family of five. We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony enjoying the view and quiet

What an amazing new hotel. The location is so central in Bolzano, an easy walk from the station and they even provide bicycles for you to use around town! The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds and bedding so incredibly comfy. The breakfast each morning was fantastic too. Highly recommended.
