One of the very best places we stayed in Italy. Great host, friendly and helpful, beautiful room, bathroom and linen. Breakfast was a feast, lovingly prepared with some lovely background music. Great restaurants close by. We found it very convenient to visit Milano from - either drive or take the train. We very sincerely recommend this place as it exceeded our expectations in every way. The handsome Marco arriving... On a more serious note Marco was really helpful and even carried some of my luggage for me. It was very much appreciated after a long day cycling, he also gave me somewhere to store my bike. Marco was the sort of host who gives you what you need before you ask for it.

The hotel just has recently opened, it is a fully refurbished hotel, obviously with a bit of furniture. The Hotel though is totally clean, they definitely care for cleanliness. we had a very gut breakfast, although some parts were still missing (fifth day of operation). The two owners are extremely friendly and try to fulfill any wish. The beds Were new and extremely comfortable. our lake view room was excellent. the hotel has a fantastic garden and an awesome terrace

This is a lovely, beautiful hotel with friendly staff in an old building. Do not expext luxury, but it is charming a place, the walls are full of paintings, colourful, with a good restaurant and continental breakfast.

Very nice restored hotel with a lot of charm, very friendly staff and good service, good breakfast and excellent restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, great view from the terrace and certain rooms. Be aware that you're remote on a hill above Varese, but that's what makes this place special. Nice surrounding area with a lot of possibilities for hiking, etc.. Visiting Varese and traveling by train and bus/cable car is possible and quite easy, even with luggage (hotel helps with timetables).
