convenient location, just 8mins from the airport (Marco Polo) by car located near the bus stop to Venice (2min walk) very kind staff, we arrived a bit sooner and were able to drop our stuff at the hotel to go to Venice (20min by bus), the reception is 24/7 and they helped us book a taxi to make our 6AM flight

We loved the room and the entire property, the vibes were very BnB. The room was very spacious and the coffee area in the morning was super cute. The pastries were delicious - we didn't have time to go to the restaurant but it looked fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

the host couple lives upstairs. It was a seperate house with a spacious parking space and the house was very new and clean. as we had a reantcar, the location was perfect, big supermarket was just nearby. Whenever we have a problem, or a question, he could directly guide me through whatsapp. There was a little incident at the citycenter, he showed up in 3 min. and helped me out!!! They were the one of the best host and had a great and cosy time staying there. the onething to remind is that there's stairs eventhough the house is on a groudfloor. as my mom's in a wheelchair, that was upexpected thing, but no problem to all.

Very friendly host with good hotelier experience. Rooms are big and clean in calm neighbour. Private parking available. We didn’t have a car on the last day, and the host offered to take us to the airport for 20 Euros, which is cheaper than hiring a taxi.

A nice host. Very convenient location. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Old Venice by car. There is also a great supermarket close to the place. The apartment is nice and spacious. We have three kids and it was very convenient to stay at Casa Gena. There is also a parking space close to the house.

Everything was perfect! The place is so nice, clean, comfortable! There is everything you need. I received accurate instructions for everything ! The host answered immediately when I had questions, thanks for package breakfast and water! Around the accommodation is pizzaria, coffee, shop to buy tickets for the bus and vaporetto, bus stops. Free parking!

    Quiet and safe suburb where is located some nice hotels for all budgets. Quite a lot of comfortable & safe hotels at affordable price rates. Same for eating places, pubs and bars. Transportation is very easy and cheap during the day.

    Its easy to commute into the ancient city of Venice on the tram. It is a residential area with plenty of local snack bars and some very good restaurants. Its just 3 miles/5km from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

    A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again! good bar next door. very easy to get too.

    The stuff was amazing! Helpful and kind people. Special thanks to Suzana who celebrated my 30th birthday with a bottle of wine! She was so lovely, she helped me to reach my desired destinations. I would like to thank Asal as well for a nice service! The location of the hotel is amazing! Close to airport and Venice. It is close both to train and bus station. I highly recommend the hotel for families, friends and solo travelers.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The service throughout my stay was friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable.     this is a perfect little hotel if you want to be close to the airport. the place is an old convent located in the middle of fields but easy to find. it reminded me also how beautiful the "campagna" around Venice is beautiful. one is to often focused only on city of Venice.
