Very nice old traditional hotel, up in a mountain town away from the tourist traps. The hotel is old style but beautifully maintained so that it has retained its character. The on site restaurant is of very good quality, excellent food at a good price.

Very newly,nicely and comfortably equiped spacious room with huge terace.Everything was clean and eventhough the owner did not speak englis we discussed everything we needed.Safe parking for motorbikes in the back yard.We really recommend this place to stay if you plan hiking in Genagretu mountains.

This place was especially important for us because my partner was celebrating his "50" and in the morning we set off to climb the highest mountain in Sardinia, La Marmora 1834mnm (btw, we recommend the beautiful, easy 4-hour climb along the equator, 11 km return, eow views). It was even nicer that BB SG communicated perfectly, the owners warmly welcomed us. The room with a small garden was modern and stylishly equipped, including a bidet. Breakfast offered pastries and a selection of local salami and cheese (excellent!!!) We were very pleasantly surprised by the selection of "snaps" at BB CG to end the day and for FREE. Because it was very pleasant along the way. For us, the town of Fonni with its narrow, steep streets is definitely worth a visit, ideal when crossing, for example, from the west to the east coast, including a visit to the mountains, approx. 15 km by car at the starting point, a tourist point (there are 2 wells with natural water along the way). The accommodation offers everything you need. Excited for us.

This cottage house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything and only a few walking distance from centre. He even left us a few items for breakfast which we found very useful. We had a little accident by leaving the door keys in the inside keyhole and locked ourselves outside with our belongings inside before leaving. Mario did everything he could to solve the problem, and withing a few mins everything was resolved. Cannot thank him enough for his kind gestures and for fully understanding. We really appreciate.

We were here for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. There are so many thing to do in the area. And Rita, the owner, is a wonderful hostess. she makes you feel at home from beginning to end. Her breakfasts were so good and plentiful that we weren't even hungry for lunch! And she gives you so much info on things to do. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Fonni. And I can't wait to come back!!! Thank you Rita!!!!!!!!!

The room was beautifully renovated, very clean, warm and cozy. The building is old but the owner Luisa added a lot of modern touches. There was a skylight and we enjoyed watching the stars from the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet area so we slept great. Luisa was very friendly and helpful despite our poor Italian. She was quick to respond if we had any questions and also gave us useful information about the area.

    Lovely historic three story house which has been renovated. Had everything we need and with a market and bar across the road. Could park our car outside the front door. Mario was very welcoming and helpful and the people of Fonni were very friendly. A short drive away from many cultural attractions and museums.

    We had an amazing stay at CasaMasini and would definitely recommend! Antonio is a great host who gave us good recommendations for restaurants, the location is perfect and the house is a typical and cozy Fonni-house. The breakfast is very good with self-made products (tiramisu!). Grazie Mille :)

    Nice place. Most was O.K.. "old house in the old city". Nice retro. decor. Breacfast O.K.. The resturant the ladi sent us to un the hotel neer was exellent.
