The utensils and cutlery provided were sparkling new. kids loved the ambiance. however, the parking spaces were very poorly organized. very tight spaces between each parking and there was no one to attend to the parking as well. if we needed to raise a concern we would have to walk all the way to the reception (quite a distance) to inform for eg. if someone had parked in your spot. Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away from centre of the city. It is close to road Florence-Siena, perhaps it is little bit noisy but for us it was great to easy reach many destination in Toscana in short time. The Host recommended us some restaurants in the vicinity and in Florence, and we found many nice restaurants in the cities we visited.Guest review byIngridCroatia

Our apartment was in a building with a few others, with a nice view of a pool and Tuscany fields. Modern design, very clean and fresh furniture. Special thanks for very very comfortable beds and pillows! The staff is extremely helpful, we had a few requests which were seamlessly and quickly solved.
