This property was our favourite during the Tuscany trip. We loved the location of the property and its surroundings, it is very peaceful there but still close to the city center. The owners are very friendly, we immediately felt very welcome there. The room was spotless and the interior design very modern. Breakfast included homemade cakes which is another great addition.

Loved our apartment - lovely large comfortable bed, fridge with water, soda, crisps and tea/coffee facilities plus fabulous clean bathroom with amazing shower and a generous walk in wardrobe - own outside area. Lovely pool and outside breakfast area - loved our breakfast too. Parking easy. We would have loved to have stayed longer to truly appreciate our surroundings

There are animals on the site. There are some swings for the children and a place on the hill with a telescope. The swimming pool was already in operation. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with cottage cheese and home made jam.

    Clean and comfortable apartment. Lovely views across the landscape. Manciano is a pretty and friendly Italian hill town- quiet and not crowded (when we were there) and with fantastic restaurants, with the most amazing local produce. We didn’t have a car and the town is well served by local buses, including to nearby train lines (Orbetello & Albinia) and the hot springs. Our host was very helpful with advice on transport information; and we had no problems accessing the property.

    Property location was amazing only problem is host doesn’t know English at all so language problem. When we reached property we rang host but we both can’t understand each other so for the short time felt like need to find another hotel at midnight as I was checking late. Otherwise host was good man.
