Everything was bright and clean. Modern rooms and everything you could need when travelling with children. Staff were amazing and very attentive. They loved the kids which made the stay a lot more relaxing!

View from the room is amazing. Hosts were great, one evening they organized little gathering near the fire with food and wine. Breakfast was buffet with wide selection and for dinner you choose between two menus(3 courses).

The service was perfect. The owners of the hotel are such nice people-very helpful. The cuisine in hotel was so delicious. we liked the atmosphere was so nice. Highly recommend!

    breakfast is nice but not a big variety of the choice. hospitality of the guy at the reception was horrible - no problem with bad English but a smile or a basic "welcome to fucking tyrol" would be nice. the room/hotel itself is very nice but w/o a word where the to go for a breakfast or during night its more like and airbnb to you..

    Very friendly staff, extremely clean and nice smell. The rooms and the whole hotel is very cute furnished and maintained. Spa center was just perfect for us. We really had a great time and were happy to extend our vacation. Dinner is not a buffet, but we’re happy to try new dishes. Thank you also for the “Tyrolean dinner” 👍

    Modern, clean and comfortable. Kind staff and owners. Smaller, but cozy hotel. Amazing brekfast and we tried a dinner. Staff prepared decoration for son bithday ( it was kindness and surpised for our son). Close to Sand in Taufers and Spiekboden/Klausberg ski resorts. We were pleasure our staying.

    Friendly and kind owners, clean, functional, nice breakfast, pleasant location within little village, with grocery store, wine and coffee shop, restaurant.... value for money guaranted.... no reason to look for any other place in this range of hotels when comming back

    Fantastic hotel - room was spacious and very clean. Loved having a balcony to sit on in the evenings and take in the view. Breakfast was great, including fresh cooked eggs. The hosts are very friendly and provide great information.
