The room was very nice, staff very helpful, breakfast was fantastic, and we were especially thankful that the hotel explained (in advance, by email) how to drive the the hotel, and then provided valet parking so our time negotiating tiny streets was kept to a minimum.

The place has been recently open. Every detail has been deeply studied and the result is an excellent experience. Really a special place! Also the breakfast was excellent with option gluten free. The personnel is exceptionally gentle, the perception is that they are proud of working there, which is a clear signal of the attention paid to the wellbeing starting from the staff.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction.
