The accommodation is located in a beautiful little town surrounded by beautiful Toscana typical landscapes. The accommodation building is very beautiful and has been renovated very well. The breakfast is superb. I would like to highlight the owner and all the staff for their great kindness, helpfulness and cordiality.

We loved everything about this place! We had such a friendly and warm welcome, and the apartment was lovely. It had everything we could need/want and more. It was warm, comfortable, spacious, clean and there were so many thoughtful additions like treats for breakfast. We loved the embroidered curtain panels, and the hand painted artwork at the front door too. The location is great, close to Volterra which is a great town to visit. Thank you so much for our stay - we highly recommend this lovely spot and kind, thoughtful hosts! Our car smells of lavender now!

It is hard to imagine a more beautiful location. The property is set amongst the very best of the rolling territory of Tuscany. Claudia was very knowledgeable in the art of cooking Tuscan food, which we ate later and was delicious. Sad to leave because would have preferred a much longer stay

Every detail of the house was tastefully chosen. Super clean. Had everything for cooking. Lovely views from the second floor. Romantic atmosphere. The alley to enter the house, was the most beautiful scene from all the towns we visited.

The most amazing place in which you can stay. The nature, the view. The host are amazing really no words to describe them. They have their own olive oil that you need to try. Also they are making everything by themselves selfs from sour brad to jams. Everything is amazing. Don’t forget to watch sunset from the swimming pool. It is also equipped with everything that you need. There is also a charger for electric car. Ones again thank you for tour warm welcome and for sure we will comeback

    Beautiful small hilltop village (cca 200-300 people) Make sure you have a walk of the streets in the center. There is a small shop, a pub and even a bank office but for larger shopping you have to drive 10-15km (Lajattico, or La Rosa) . Lajatico and Peccioli are nice nearby towns with nice cultural events and open-air exhibitions during summer. (Cca 30 min dri ing) Volterra etruscian city is well worth a visit or the Cecine Aqua village with its 10 slides. (1hr driving) Lucca, Florance, Pisa, San Gimignano are also reachablle in 1-1.5 hrs, but be prepared for 20-30% longer drives than navigation software suggests (the roads are narrow and curvy and you can stuck behind a slower vehicle for 10-15 minutes)
