Everything was perfect, from welcoming to saying goodbye! I loved the modern and new interiors, the balconies, the AC, the friendly staff, the sofa bed was really good size and easy to assemble, I preferred the blankets to be thicker or may provide a Duvet, but that wasn’t an issue. Also I would suggest adding utensils, plates, bowls etc and a small sink in the kitchenette so guests can clean up their used ones. The whole experience was fantastic, and thanks to the staff. I highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect and there were lots of choices for everyone's taste. They start serving breakfast very early at 7AM , so there is a great opportunity to have a cup of coffee on a terrace . This hotel is a true gem! The staff is amazing, unfortunately I don’t remember the names, but the girl at the reception was super sweet and friendly! The breakfast was amazing, there was something new every day, as well as some vegan options. And everything was really tasty too, shout-out to the breakfasts staff! The room cleaning was also great! Their pool was stunning – perfect size, always clean. Overall, it was an incredible stay! I totally recommend this hotel, you guys are doing a great job. ❤️

The breakfast is great. As is the staff. Big thank you to the receptionist who helped us find a parking spot on our first day. Rooms are clean and tidy, balcony was really large and I especially like the fact that they only change the towels every 2nd day, helps keep waste and water use low.

Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. Nice boutique served breakfast, with warm and nice lady’s behind the bar. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you UP hotel, will be back
