Our room was clean and new, everything has worked well:air conditioning, Tv, bathroom. The location is 10/10 because it is 2 min from the sea, in the town Ladispoli, 20 min by train and you are in Vaticano,in the centre of Rome!

The Hosts - Valentina and Luke. Are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They helped us while we stayed here advising us on restaurants, places to see and things to do. The room was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable. We cannot thank Valentina and Luke enough. 100% recommend to stay here.
