Location perfect, easy walk to train and 2 min from bus station Clean. Plenty of hot water and strong water pressure in bath Staff very nice, helpful. I appeared past breakfast and they went out of their way to accommodate me when they could have easily shut the door Price very reasonable for this location in Sanremo Easy access to other towns by bus or train Very lively nightlife if that's your thing

The location was great - in centre of town and close to railway station. The room was spacious and airy. Clean and functional ensuite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to sit outside for an ample breakfast. We were allowed to return to hotel after check out to collect our numerous bags in storage and, because we were soaked to the skin from heavy rain while we were cycling, they provided us towels and ability to change in bathroom.

The staff was extremely helpful - they explained everything patiently and provided wifi password and others useful information on a small brochure. The parking was available tree of charge. The breakfast was good, you could eat all you want. Coffee was freshly made by then staff. The rooms were clean, simple and quiet. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can easily reach the old town on foot and enjoy the authentic walls of the village with typical Ligurian streets - carrugine. I totally recommend for anyone. There's also a possibility too reserve a dinner but you need to contact the place beforehand.
