The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel like we were family returning home. Personal, warm and professional with a lit of charm. Superb breakfast served indoors or outside with a large array of Sicilian spécialités with different highlights every day. A three star property with 4 star appeal. From our first contact to arrange for our car parking on super short notice until we stepped out of the hotel and back into the car, it was a beautiful experience to stay at Alessandro's Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and showed us the most important sights while enjoying a coffee and a cannolli. The rooms and the hotel are so special. You can see and feel how much thought and love went into it. Alessandro told us that the building used to be a mosque 1,000 years ago, then 500 years ago it was a church and now it's this magical place! We only had the last night of our 1 week vacation there, and we're already thinking of coming back! Thank you for making this place so wonderful!
