The outdoor terrace is absolutely magical. Fantastic view, protected from the weather, large areas with both sun and shade. And an absolutely wonderful outdoor shower with a view of the sea. We didn't spend much time indoors because of the large terrace, but everything we needed was in the apartment. The hosts Marina and Marco are fantastically sweet, service-minded and caring.

Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond - we received a lovely room upgrade, and they made and brought us an entire cake when we celebrated a birthday! Everyone was kind and professional. The suite was spotlessly clean, well furnished and spacious. Beds were great, and having a coffee on the terrace in the morning was just lovely. Good breakfast. A nice beach is a short walk away, and a pool is available as well.

It was the nicest accomodation, which we have had on the north of island. Super clean big room and very nice bathroom. Centrum and beach are in 10 min to reach. Breakfast was good. I really recommend.

10 points are not enough for this hotel, 10++++. First of all, the staff is everywhere, at the reception, in the restaurant, in the pool bar - everyone is sincerely glad to see you and is always ready to help. Comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, well-kept beautiful garden, area around the pool, everything is done with love and from the heart. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much!

    Location was amazing with a beautiful view of Porto Taverna beach. It was worth the stay because of the beach and the beautiful wooden path nerby the house. House had a nice garden with flowers and outdoor lounge beds and table outside ideal for breakfast. There was a kettle, moka pot, microvawe and all the needed utensils for food preparing.
