the quiet location , great staff , honestly aldo and his team couldn’t do enough for us . the smell of fresh bread in the morning . and freshly ground coffee . myself and my wife will be back here next year . you have numerous bars restaurants all within a 5 minute walk , from italian , to pizza parlors , steak houses , Chinese etc you won’t get better value for money . fresh laundry every day . good air con system . loved it tbh !! hence why we will be back

When we arrived at the hotel the staff on the desk was amazing and so kind (young man with dark hair sorry didn't get the name, works night shift ) we was given our room card and went to view the room. This was spacious and very clean I could not fault it at all. There was a resturant right next door and a cafe and supermarket. We chose this hotel as it was 10 minutes drive to valentino rossis home town so was great location. The breakfast was a cold breakfast which is nice and there is a variety of choice

We enjoyed our stay. Francesca was our host and very friendly and helpful. One of us (Americans) was learning Italian and enjoyed getting to practice speaking with her. The B&B was about a 10 min drive outside of the history city. Parking at the B&B was onsite and very easy. The room was comfortable. Air conditioning great. Breakfast good, with homemade jam. Views were very pretty, out of the window, and around the building in general. There was a problem with the internet which they resolved.

A great place for a quiet vacation, especially for a longer period of time. The room was very good, spacious, huge terrace with views. Great view of the mountains and surroundings. Accepts with pets. On the roof there is a large terrace with a 360-degree view. 9-time world champion Valentino Rossi training track right next door. A very good place to go to castles and to the sea. Excellent breakfast, homemade dishes, attention of the hosts, helpfulness, travel recommendations. The hosts communicate well in English and are very nice. Very good swimming pool, but in summer the temperature of the pool is too high, you cannot refresh yourself. Open for limited hours during the day. Great original local restaurants nearby, especially good location in Marche. We will definitely come back when traveling here.
