Room was comfortable, ladies at reception was very welcoming,they informed all the hints about Florence.Breakfast selection was enough..We were planning to stay somewhere else but canceled our reservation and decided to extend here in this hotel.

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home. The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

The staff was really helpful and I felt as home in there. The room was big and spacious, breakfast was great, location amazing and safe. The receptionist would always greet us with a smile. Great hotel!
